CHURCH SERVICE
SUNDAY 11:00 AM

1515 SANTA CLARA AVE
ALAMEDA, CA 94501

  • First Baptist Alameda is a multicultural, intergenerational community church, affiliated with the American Baptist Churches of the Central Pacific Coast. We have served Alameda since our founding in 1877 with continuing focus on meaningful worship, warm hospitality, community involvement, and spiritual development.

  • At First Baptist Alameda, we say there's a place for you here. We're working to embody those words every week so we hope you feel at home and find what you’re looking for.

Here's what you can expect during our services:

    • Our worship services are casual so wear what you'd like, sit where you're comfortable, and move about if necessary.

    • We love children and value their presence in the worship service. We also have a quiet room at the back of the sanctuary for parents and children who may feel more at ease in that space.

    • Our music is best described as contemporary, led by a worship team. Feel free to participate in the music in whatever way you feel comfortable.

    • To support our ministry, we collect an offering during our service. You are welcome to give, but are in no way obligated to do so.

We would love for you to fill out a Connection Card so we can get to know you. Don't worry - no one will show up at your house unexpectedly. This will allow Pastor Aaron to reach out, answer questions, and provide information or support. Connection Cards can be dropped in the offering plate or handed to a greeter/usher.

We invite you to stay a few minutes after the service for refreshments in the fellowship area.
