Kids Klub
CELEBRATE KIDS!
Kids are not the church of the future...they are the church of the present! We believe that kids have a valuable place in our intergenerational community of faith. In Kid’s Klub, we celebrate kids--their attendance, their birthdays, their ideas, their talents, and gifts. We sing with them, cheer for them, listen to them, encourage them, pray with them and for them...all in a context of respect, Christian love, and assurance of their safety and security.
CREATE FUN!
We believe that learning and fun go hand in hand. The Kid’s Klub Team involves children in a variety of activities designed to bring the Word and Love of God to life through high energy, large group time, creative presentations, kid-centered worship, sound Biblical teaching, small group experiences and personal attention to each child.
CATCH GOD'S LOVE!
Our bottom line at Kid’s Klub is to bring kids and youth in our community face to face with God's love, saving grace, and purpose in their lives. Our program is only a means to that end.
Join the First Sunday Team!
Think of it as being a friendly host, welcoming new guests who have scheduled a visit to First Baptist Alameda.
You will:
Meet visitors at the front of the church on Sunday
Save seats for them
Give them a tour of the property
Invite them to fellowship time
Introduce them to the pastor and other key staff and leaders
It’s like having a best friend waiting at the front door,
who helps people feel welcome and comfortable, reduces anxiety, and lowers any barriers they may feel.
We’re collecting new health and hygiene supplies to support our unhoused neighbors.
